Clover Design Production is a garment manufacturer in Bangladesh & China .

Clover provides apparel sourcing and manufacturing in Circular Knit, Woven and Flat Knit. We have wide production facilities, based on long term partnerships with manufacturers and fabric suppliers in Asia.

Clover Design has also two Joint-Venture Factories in Dhaka (Bangladesh) : one fully-composite Circular Knit factory & one Woven factory, and a third is about to launch.

OVER 8 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN BANGLADESH

Our production offices manage the development and merchandising of all orders, in continuation with our instructions, our highly qualified manufacturers complete the orders. We work side by side with the manufacturers to ensure the orders be fulfilled to our buyer’s standards as well as our own. This action, along with the independent quality control team, guarantees a quality finished product.

Since opening our doors in 2010, Clover Design has grown steadily and now produces 3 million pieces per year and manages more than 12 million dollars in international trade for over 5 of the most renowned fashion and apparel retailers in Europe.

At Clover Design, the product is the focus of our energy and attention.

Our organization is designed to answer all possible inquiries in a timely manner, with the goal of offering the best looking product. Our strong Design and Graphic Teams propose regularly new collections of kids, ladies and men products, which are made in our sample sections.
We are also pro active in finding solutions and alternatives to reduce the offered price while still preserving the desired «look».

Over the years, we have perfected our craft in different categories of products ; starting with Circular Knit and then expanding to Woven and Flat Knit. We are currently developing a light Woven Top department.
At the same time, we have initiated joint ventures to build our own factories i.e. Clover Design Knit Fabrics (circular knit) and Clover Design Woven Apparel. Starting, organizing and developing our own factories gives us an expertise in all the manufacturing processes, which we implement with all of our partners.

Skilled expatriates from Sri Lanka and India with the help of more than 25 garments technologists, designers, merchandisers, quality controllers, pattern masters, production managers… are closely monitoring your orders and products.

OFFICES WORLDWIDE

Our production offices are located in Bangladesh . Our customers can be attended in several languages : English, French, Spanish, German, Bangladeshi, Chinese. The wide variety of culture, nationalities and competences of Clover Design teams is a great help to understand the market requirements all over the world.

QUALITY

From the first sample, we take care of the quality at every step, we identify the key points of each product to anticipate possible difficulties in production. We use the Lectra system to create and print the patterns which we then pass on to the manufacturers. All of these actions are meant to decrease the margin of error. Our in-house lab allows us to run the most common tests on each and every order.

Our Quality Department is totally independent from the Merchandising and Production departments, their only goal is to achieve AQL quality requirement. Our Quality Agents monitor the production from the Pre-Production Sample validation to the Final Inspection. Clover Design offers a global solution of quality, adapted to the buyer’s needs. We also collaborate with the major 3rd party inspection companies (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) as per buyer’s requirement.

INNOVATION

We are constantly looking for new fabrics, accessories, washes, print and embroidery techniques. To do so, we use our different production offices as a multi-sourcing network to offer the greatest variety to our customers. We are also constantly trying to improve the production processes in our own factories as well as our partner’s.

We also made the decision to locate our Design and Graphic Departments in Dhaka (Bangladesh) to be as close as possible to the production facilities, encouraging and pushing them to perform in innovation and development to meet the ever changing needs of the customer. Our expertise in Denim is highly appreciated by our customers.
